全体的に素晴らしいホテルでした。サービスは素晴らしく、特にフロントデスクのスタッフは親切で、駅の場所など丁寧に説明してくれました。無料の客室アップグレードもしていただき、大きな窓と広々とした空間で期待をはるかに超える素晴らしい滞在となりました。部屋はとても清潔でモダンでした。ホテルは空港やいくつかの観光スポットにも近く、文句のつけようがありません。価格以上の価値があり、またハンプトンズに泊まりたいと思っています。

房间住的很舒服，满分，小朱态度很好，不错不错 It was a really great stay with crystal hotel, with a quiet environment and great noise isolation,five star liked room interior , can definitely get a good night sleep here They have multiple washing machine and dryer that automatically adds detergent so no hassle work and dont have to worry about having to wait for others Highly recommended and would visit again

Everything was perfect, clean and good service. Especially front desk officer Ms Jennie so friendly and speak English very good, I recomend.

**Good location, friendly service, but some areas need improvement** Dihao Hotel is conveniently located, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring local night markets. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it a good choice for travellers who want easy access to the surrounding area. The hotel staff were generally friendly and polite. Special mention to **Xiao Su**, who provided very good service and was helpful throughout my stay. The reception team was also professional, welcoming and polite, which made the check-in and overall experience pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The **housekeeping service** could be more attentive, and the **breakfast selection and quality** could also use some improvement. Overall, the hotel has a great location and good front-desk service. With some improvements to housekeeping and breakfast, the overall guest experience could be much better.

I am Chinese I Don't Speak Chinese. The Staff Check Me in Was Friendly Towards Me. A Good Surprise for me. The Room Definitely Needs Renovations. The Walls are Dirty, Floors Needs Deep Cleaning, Entrance Door Old, Should Also Deep Deep Cleaning. The Bathroom Floor Deep Cleaning. No Curtain When you Shower, Waters Everywhere. My Second Third Night the Elevator Not Working or Turn Off to Save Electricity. Also No Hot Waters. All in All It's Okay. The Staff Cleaning Lady Was Kind.
