「It tells Self Chek-in Service but you need to call first the hotel for the access code for you to get the key. They didn’t give the access code in advance at-least 2-3 hours prior to Check-in Time so that when you already at the location it is easier for the guest to do Self-Check. What if the customer doesn’t have internet yet. Thankfully the City have free wifi so that it can call for free via internet.」
