「he hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey. The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests. The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.」
