「Das Zimmer war super für eine Übernachtung. Das Frühstück war ok, frische Brötchen und Rührei wären noch eine Option gewesen. Für einen Kurztrip aber auf jeden Fall wieder.」

「Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone und ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Min. vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Das Hotel bietet einen recht rudimentären Service - es ist vornehmlich auf Selbstbedienung ausgerichtet. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, gut eingerichtet sehr sauber, angenehm und leise. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Alles in allem haben wir zwar nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, diese aber sehr genossen. Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. In Offenburg würden wir immer wieder dort buchen.」

「We reserved the room through Trip.com and made the payment online. At the reception, we were told that no payment was made, there was no reservation. We showed the reservation number and the voucher, then we were told that breakfast was not included, hence we had to pay extra for breakfast. We showed that was included as well. Finally, we were given the room after 30 minutes struggle at the reception. ı can not believe that in a small town (Offenburg) I paid 244 euro for one night and had to struggle to get a mediocre room. Normally, I would not stay in this town but since our train from Kehl was 15 minutes late, we missed the connecting train to Karlsruhe and we did not want to wait in the station until morning. Offenburg has nothing to offer to tourists and I would not recommend Ibis Styles hotel to anyone.」
