「This hotel is very nice and within close proximity to Europa Park, there is a shuttle service that operates until late and after park close to get to and from Ringsheim. Overall, the hotel is clean with great staff and amenities as well as an on-site bar and a coffee machine available on the ground floor. Cups and complimentary water are provided in the room. - The rooms are clean and modern with little to no wear and tear and I'd definitely recommend booking this hotel if you're visiting EP.」

「Paid over 350 euro for 3 nights. There's no coffee machine which is fine, but there's a lot of broken stuff or just not clean things. The mattress looked disgusting (see first photo). Bed is creaking bad The groutline of the tiles in the shower have mold, broken shower hanger, broken soap dispenser. The sink cabinet is slowly tearing itself down. The bottom door sill is too low, so all water just flows out in the bathroom. The curtain hanger is broken, and doesn't even have one? The ambient lighting is broken and flickers from dim to bright. Next to that the lady behind the desk was really uninterested in her job and just handed me a room card without anything else haha. It's worth a way lower room price, but definitely not the one I paid. You cannot tell me all this stuff is unnoticed by staff and really thinks it's in an acceptable state.」

「Sehr gute Preis Leistung für das Hotel. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter Nähe zum Europa-Park und Rulantica. Zimmer und Sanitär erreichen war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig mit allem was man braucht. Die Räumlichkeit des Frühstücksraums ist etwas beengt aber dennoch genug Platz. Ich kann mit guten Gewissen das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir waren ein Tag in Rulantica und es ist in 5 Minuten vom Hotel aus zu erreichen. Unser nächster Besuch wird dann Europa-Park sein und übernachtet wird dann wieder in diesem Hotel. Vielen Dank.」
