「Le séjour en soi reste agréable. La suite était grande et confortable. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, mais il laissait à désirer : cheveux dans la douche, oubli de renouveler certains produits d’hygiène malgré leur utilisation la veille, et poussière sur les chevets pendant tout le séjour sans être nettoyée une seule fois. Concernant le service de réception, nous avons dû réclamer des pantoufles et des peignoirs pour accéder au spa. Les pantoufles n’ont été reçues que deux jours plus tard, malgré plusieurs relances, ce qui montre un manque de réactivité. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et assez varié pour bien commencer la journée. Cependant, chaque matin, il fallait attendre environ 25 minutes pour obtenir un simple jus d’orange pressé en supplément. La piscine, bien chaude et privatisée, est un vrai point positif. En revanche, le jacuzzi était en panne pendant tout le séjour, ce qui est dommage. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins au pied de l’établissement, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique et sympathique」

「Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5 Stars) The AD Hydra in Algiers truly exceeded my expectations in almost every way, providing a luxurious and comfortable base for my visit. It is clear that the staff and management take immense pride in the property and the service they deliver. The Good: • Service & Staff: The staff were the highlight of the stay consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in was seamless, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. • Rooms & Comfort: The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The modern bathroom facilities were excellent, with great water pressure. • Location: Situated in the Hydra area, the hotel offers a quiet, upscale location that feels secure yet still conveniently close to key areas of the city. The Not-So-Good (The Breakfast): Unfortunately, the one aspect that fell flat was the breakfast spread. While everything else about the hotel was top-tier, the breakfast was, regrettably, quite sad. The selection felt limited, items were often cold or stale, and the overall presentation lacked effort and variety. It was a stark contrast to the high quality found everywhere else. For a hotel of this caliber, the morning offering felt like a definite afterthought and was a disappointing way to start the day. Conclusion: Despite the lackluster breakfast, the AD Hydra is an outstanding hotel. I would highly recommend it for its exceptional service, luxurious rooms, and excellent ambiance. Should they invest in improving their breakfast quality to match the rest of their superb operation, this would easily be a five-star establishment. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully with a revamped morning menu!」

「I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.」

「20 minutes walk from the Shopping mall ”Bab Ezzouar”, 8 mins drive from the airport (which is why we went there). We had two rooms, one with a working aircon, the other did not work. I would say this is a two star hotel experience, but the price reflected this, so I am not complaining. The staff members were nice.」
