Facilities were part of the massive hotel Anthelia. Not a bad hotel but far too big and cheap plastic type sunbeds not usual in 5 star hotels. Pool service none existent at Joia Annex. You have to go into the Anthelia before going into the Joia Salome. Bedrooms excellent though.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds , stunning views and a great selection at breakfast. Also, all of the staff that I came across were very welcoming and friendly. However, I’m not sure if I would stay here again based on the room that we were given. It was extremely dark and dingy with a fully enclosed walled ‘balcony’, with no view. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room everyday!! Also, our room was booked for 2 Adults and 1 child, and there was just a double bed. An extra bed was delivered upon request and squeezed in, leaving very little room to move. I’m sure that there are some stunning rooms within this lovely hotel, ours just wasn’t one of them!’

サンベッドがたくさんあるプライベートプール、ジム、スパ、アート展示室、プールテーブルとサッカーテーブルを備えたゲームルーム、ライブスポーツマッチを表示するテレビなど、素晴らしい設備とサービスを備えた美しいホテル。昼間の活動や夕方の娯楽も組織されています。ホテル全体で中立的で薄荷の土色調のテーマが大好きで、とても落ち着いてリラックスしています。また、ボトルやリフィル可能な石鹸やシャンプーディスペンサーを再利用するための水充填機を設置し、持続可能性への取り組みを尊重しています。 私の部屋は暖かく、居心地が良く、きれいで、素敵なバルコニーの景色とNetflixを含むさまざまなテレビチャンネルと映画の選択がありました。清掃の女性はツインベッド2台から綺麗な花びらの装飾とチョコレートトリュフのおもてなしでベッドを大きなダブルベッドにリメイクしてくださり親切で、追加のタッチも感謝しました。朝食はおいしいです、非常にいっぱいで、ビュッフェスタイルで提供され、ダイニングルーム(シリアルとグラノーラ、フルーツ、サラダとジュースバー、トーストとバゲット駅、パテッサリー駅)内のさまざまな駅の選択がたくさんあります。ホットイングリッシュブレックファストステーションは、卵のさまざまな準備に専用のセクション)。 スタッフはとても歓迎し、フレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルは素晴らしい海と山の丘の景色を望む絶好のロケーションにあり、3-minute歩行未満のTorviscas Beachに直接アクセスできます。ビーチ沿いにはマクドナルドをはじめ、地元のお店やバー、レストランも多数あります。 私は本当にここでの滞在を楽しんだし、将来的には間違いなく再訪するでしょう!

Have been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. Great staff all over the complex, reception,pool,cleaning,bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble. We really enjoyed our New Year stay.

Большой, уютный отель, но достаточно старый. Для меня это 3* отель, никак не 4. Очень приятный персонал, welcome drink сразу же при заезде, к стафу нет претензий совершенно. Очень маленькая парковка, нужно бронировать место заранее, 10 евро в сутки. На 9, 10 и А этаже номера «привилегий», но по сути ничем не отличаются от остальных. Была разве что кофемашина и огромная кровать. Вид с балкона на город чудесный, но ночью очень шумно. В тренажерке нет гантелей, хотя куча другого инвентаря, что странно.

大きくて広とした素敵なホテル。朝食は本当に美味しく、とてもきれいです。スタッフは私の誕生日にフィズ、スイーツ、ナッツを提供してくれました。これは素敵な驚きでした。雰囲気も夜もエンターテイメントもありません。近くにたくさんのバーやレストランがあるとても良い場所。再び予約します。

We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again.

A nice place to stay. Staff were super friendly. The pool area is exceptional and the pool water was a nice temperature. The rooms are a little dated and could do with updating but overall a nice stay.

The resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate

ビュッフェで働く素晴らしいスタッフ。毎日私たちのテーブルを非常にプロフェッショナルでフレンドリーな方法で世話をしてくれたヤニに親指を立て、私たちは本当にそれを愛していました。 ホテルは、ビーチ、パーティーエリア、サイアムパーク&モールまで徒歩圏内という好立地にあります。 部屋は十分に広く快適で、優れた清掃サービスがありました。 私は他の場所で場所が騒しかったことを読みましたが、これは窓に面した3階ではまったくそうではありませんでした(ビーチの隣のパーティーエリアは非常に忙しかった間)。 全体的に、素晴らしい経験、間違いなくお勧めです。
