「We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.」

「El personal excelente, muy amables. Les fallo que nos recomendaron un rest que estaba cerrado por reformas. La habitación funcional, el colchón excelente para el descanso , las almohadas demasiadas blandas . El baño con algunos azulejos dañados. La cafetería esta bien para tomar algo y si se quiere desayunar algo más ligero que el bufett, Como hacia buen tiempo la terraza de la misma muy agradable」

「El hotel valorado es Convento de Giraldo, ya que nos llamaron que nos trasladaban de hotel por una avería en el hotel Leonor de Aquitania. En el hotel Convento de Giraldo, todo muy bien, limpio, trato perfecto, ubicación céntrica,」

「Este alojamiento tiene una ubicación fantástica, al lado de la catedral. Se trata de un edificio antiguo con una distribución irregular y algunos tramos de escaleras. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Cuentan con todo lo básico. El desayuno es algo escaso.」
