「I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.」

「Great hotel in a great location! Just a 10 minute walk to the Grotto, and right opposite the stop for the airport shuttle. The hotel was spacious and clean with a relaxing air. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure guests were comfortable. I highly recommend booking a superior room rather than a standard one. I had a room on the top floor with amazing views of mountains, and the river - as well as other hotels. The room was large and clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee replenished every day. When I arrived, there was a free bottle of water in the fridge and a little gift of a Lourdes medal plus a couple of sweets, with a beautiful and kind note from the manager. I really appreciated those touches. I would stay here again.」

「Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Esplanade Eden fue simplemente fantástica.
