「スタッフの方々は感じが良かったです。ホテルはやや古めでしたが、部屋は清潔で快適でした。ただ、特にバスルームはかなり古く、改装が必要だと感じました。部屋からは素晴らしい山の景色が見え、防音もしっかりしていました。エアコンがなく、暖房はラジエーターのみでした。しかも、このラジエーターはオフにすることができず、部屋がかなり暑かったため、これは非常に不便でした。朝食はごく普通でした。」

「Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.」

「I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.」

「El hotel estuvo bien, la calidad de atención más o menos, algunas personas no fueron muy amables y por último debo decir que la habitación tenía la peor ubicación, literal era la última del último nivel con vista a un estacionamiento de buses.」

「Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Esplanade Eden fue simplemente fantástica. La ubicación es perfecta: a pocos minutos a pie del Santuario, pero lo suficientemente alejada como para disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso.
