「El hotel estuvo bien, la calidad de atención más o menos, algunas personas no fueron muy amables y por último debo decir que la habitación tenía la peor ubicación, literal era la última del último nivel con vista a un estacionamiento de buses.」

「I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.」

「とても歓迎的で居心地が良く、部屋からは美しい川の景色が眺められました。スタッフは素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。深夜0時頃に荷造り用のセロテープをお願いしたところ、スタッフは期待以上の対応をしてくれました。また、チェックイン時に素敵なスタッフ2人が私の予約には朝食が含まれていると告げた時は驚きました。ただの間違いだと思ったので、ほとんど外で過ごす予定でパリ行きのフライトが早朝だったため朝食は含まれていないと伝えたのですが、スタッフは「サンドイッチを作るか、フルーツ入りの軽い朝食を用意します」と、さらに上を行く対応をしてくれました。本当に素晴らしい、最高のサービスでした。 大聖堂、ショップ、レストランに近い素晴らしいロケーション。すべてが完璧でした。ぜひまた訪れて、お勧めします。」

「Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Esplanade Eden fue simplemente fantástica. Desde el primer momento, el personal nos recibió con una amabilidad y profesionalidad que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta: a pocos minutos a pie del Santuario, pero lo suficientemente alejada como para disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y bien equipada, con una cama muy confortable y todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. Además, las vistas desde nuestra ventana eran preciosas, con los Pirineos de fondo. El desayuno fue otro punto fuerte: variado, de buena calidad y con productos frescos. También destacamos la limpieza de todas las instalaciones y la atención constante del personal para asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia en este hotel. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile.
