「We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.」

「The receptionists were welcoming and helpful when our keys were sensitive to being near items in my handbag. Appreciated the free car parking, moderately-spacious clean room and location of the hotel, ~15min walk to the centre if preferred. The carpet was a bit worn.」

「Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!」

「私が予約したとき、私はアポロホテルに滞在するのに少しがっかりしました、私はそれを大人2人と子供1人のために予約しました、そして私がそこに着いたときダブルベッドしかなかった、彼らは私が私のためにシングルベッドを入れると私に言いました外出していて、午後8時30分にホテルに戻ったとき、まだベッドがありませんでした。結局、午後10時に、4歳の子供が寝るために泉がないキャンプベッドをくれたので、私は幸せではありませんでした。結局、娘がお父さんと一緒にベッドを持てるように床で寝てしまいました。結婚したときに泊まっていたホテルが下り坂になっていて、汚れたトレイがたくさんあったのを見るのは本当に残念です。部屋に行く途中の廊下ですが、ホテルの入り口は綺麗でした、」
