「私たちは3泊しましたが、大丈夫だったスタンダードルームで2泊しましたが、プレミアインプラスで1泊しました。はるかに良い雰囲気、より快適なベッド、バスルームに一晩低いラベンダーライトがあるのはいいですね!!また、冷蔵庫、アイロンとボード、コーヒーマシン。最もイライラする失望は、存在しない(ほぼ)恐ろしいWi-Fiで、究極のものはゴミだったので、この理由で部屋で最小限の時間を過ごしました!!」

「Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!」

「Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.」

It was especially meaningful because we welcomed our baby during our stay, and the apartment provided the comfort and convenience we needed during such a special time. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also excellent, with plenty of fast-food restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance, making daily errands incredibly convenient.
