「Complaint about the cleanliness of my room at B&B Hotel I would like to make a complaint regarding the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of my room at your B&B Hotel. After the room had supposedly been cleaned, I noticed that the bed linen had not been changed. There were still visible stains on the bed sheet, and I also found several hairs on the bed. This gave me the clear impression that the bedding had not been replaced before my stay, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. From what I could see, the only cleaning that had been done was vacuuming the floor, cleaning the sink, and wiping the table. However, the most important part of preparing the room for a new guest – providing clean, freshly changed bed linen – was not done. I have attached photos showing the stains on the bed sheet and the hairs left on the bedding. These clearly demonstrate the poor standard of cleanliness in the room. I am very disappointed with this experience, as it does not meet the level of cleanliness and hygiene that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the bed linen was not changed and would like this matter to be investigated and resolved appropriately. I look forward to your response.」

「Good size room, could do more with maintenance of place, especially with the cleaning of the room, nice breakfast, like the bar area as well, nice selection of drinks, good swimming pool and sauna. Great location no far from the city centre. This place with a modern decoration and cleanliness can go up to a 5 star. Lovely staff, always ready to help you to get what you need. Definitely will be back again and will bring my kids too.」

「We have been doing our motorcycle training here in Ipswich so have stayed at the Novotel for two weekends now. The staff have been so friendly and accommodating - we’ve really enjoyed the stay. Having a bath in the room has also been a treat. The rooms are well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We’ve enjoyed the pool table and the bar. We’re looking forward to coming back again. The hotel is also very conveniently located.」

「Wir waren für eine Nacht da nach der Fähre hin zur Ostküste. Dafür war es ok. A sich wie man es vom Premier In kennt: Staff ist sehr freundlich und die Lage auf dem Weg super. Leider war der Teil vom Gebäude wo die Zimmer sind im Gegensatz zur Lobby extrem warm. Wir hatten 26grad im Zimmer. Besonders gut köonnten wir dadurch nicht schlafen. Das Baby war sehr geschwitzt mitten in der Nacht. Netterweise waren als wir die Tür öffneten zwei Ventilatoren im Raum die bereits liefen- aber leider bringt dass ja nichts, da Ventilatoren ja nicht die Luft kühler machen an sich. Die nachts laufen zu lassen damit die bewegte Luft die Haut berührt führt gleichzeitig dazu dass es laut ist. Im Flur roch es sehr nach Küche und mit der Wärme zusammen war dass doch eine heftige unangenehme Kombi. Neben an ist in Pub, das wiederum ist ein Pluspunkt. . Wie gesagt - für eine Nacht - ja ok. Aber bitte klimatisieren Sie die Räume 🙏🏼」
