「快適で清潔、ここでとても素敵な夜を過ごし、朝食はそれだけの価値がありました。部屋はファミリールームで、私たちにぴったりでした。 1泊の価値はありますが、モレコムではやるべきことや見るべきことは多くありません。」

「So as a halal traveller for my halal trips, perfect fish and chips without beer butter I’ve never eaten butter so light it’s amazing room was really clean beautiful views from the room of the Malcom Bay. This is a premium hotel clientele are mature however this was a amazing hotel stayed there good for business, really nice food breakfast was not very big but it was enough. Customer Service was average only because there wasn’t many staff, but when there was staff there they were very attentive. Amazing day would stay again.」

「At the outset I have to say that the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. However the ”hotel” and I use the word loosely is very poor. It is extremely tired in every aspect and is in great need of a complete makeover. I believed this is planned for this Winter. The carpets are worn and damaged throughout. The lift was not working and if like us you were on the top floor and had a heavy case this was a safety hazard. Although the sheets had been cleaned you could still see evidence of mildew. The breakfast was open from 7am and we visited at 9 am. The breakfast was very dried up when we sampled it.  On the plus side the room had a great sea view. Needless to say we will not be visiting again.」

「Never judge a book by its cover. If we had walked past this hotel  we wouldn’t have booked to stay. The outside is tired and could do with refreshing (in my opinion)  Stayed in a triple room, one double & one single, decent sized room, comfortable beds, well stocked tea/coffee tray. No complaints about the cleanliness as it was very clean. The only negative is that the room was extremely warm (daytime temperature was around 28 degrees C) and only one window would open slightly. We did find a fan, inside the wardrobe when looking for the iron. If we’d have found it the night before then we would have been more comfortable. We didn’t upgrade to a cooked breakfast,  just had the continental, we were all happy with the options available.  Would happily stay here again.」
