サットン・コールドフィールドの無料Wi-Fi付きおすすめホテル

「Nice clean rooms, nice staff, sadly breakfast was a let down, food ran out so had to wait for food to be cooked again.」

「I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.」

「We stayed for one night. Nice room comfy bed, brilliant breakfast. Pool and spa was nice - perfect steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi good. Poolside loungers good clean. No gowns as promised as washing machine out of order . Good showers and hairdryers etc」

「The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing.」

「Really great staff and very helpful」

「Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was unexpectedly charged £20 for parking despite my booking stating it was free. Reached out for a refund but received no response. A great stay overall.」

「Warm and clean room, hotel needs a bit of TLC but perfect for one night stop over for the price!」
