「Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra」

「Cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe this hotel. It is situated on an industrial estate. Reception is a corner of the bar. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff when I arrived. The bar area is very clean and well spaced out. However if you arrive at the weekend at night the only food available is sandwiches or pizza and kitchen closes at 8pm. The rooms are in a separate building which look like a low rise block of flats. The rooms are very clean but they are stuck in the 1970’s. Bed super comfy for me and linen pristine white as are the towels. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Though would be nice if they offered decaf tea as well as coffee. Breakfast was included in my price which was excellent. This hotel is mostly used by workers who need an overnight stay. When I went out of my room there were plenty of staff cleaning every thing on site. The signage was being wiped down. Stair hand rails being cleaned, carpark was immaculate. All in all if you are looking for a cheap stop over and don’t mind 1970’s decor this is a good place to stay.」

「Good hotel and location. Having been asked which slot for breakfast, quite a few items were unavailable in that slot and weren't replenished such as bacon and fruit. Staff did offer something else when asked but there wasn't anything else we wanted.」
