Pesan H-1 masih dpt sisa 1 room tipe bungalow buat keluarga. Pas kesana view gunung salak kurang terlihat jelas karna berkabut, utk kebersihan kamar sangat baik, staf sangat baik, terdapat minimarket juga. Masih terjangkau utk pemesanan makanan online,tinggal ambil di lobby. Pas datang kesana air kolam renangnya warna hijau. Apakah memang seperti itu? Airnya tidak terlalu dingin atau hangkat. Masih aman utk anak-anak. Yang menurut saya kurang, utk tipe bungalow kamar atas tidak terdapat kunci pintu kamar, yang mana saya bawa 2 anak yg lagi aktif-aktifnya beresiko bisa buka pintu sendiri dan turun tangga (meskipun pastinya sudah kami awasi) khawatir saat bangun tidur dan kami masih tertidur.

Hampir sempurna ,hanya saja air panas kamar mandi tidak berfungsi dan tv belum smart tv di kamar pool acces diharga yg lumayan walaupun di hari biasa.. semoga ada peningkatan untuk manajemen aston kedepannya Untuk staf kebersihan sangat baik dan makan sarapan lumayan walaupun tidak terlalu banyak variasi di hari biasa .. selebihnya oke dan dekat dengan taman budaya untuk yg suka olahraga dan nongkrong di Cafe Atau cari makan di restoran tepat di seberang hotel .. tq

One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

3rd time being here. Our family trip to Horison Ultima Bhuvana Ciawi was a delightful experience! The hotel features modern amenities and spacious family rooms that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, ensuring everyone found something they loved. We had a memorable stay and look forward to coming back!

Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time! This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming. The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience. Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable. Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Good services, good location. The staff is helpful. Suitable for business traveller.

私たちは3d 2nに滞在し、ホテルは清潔で居心地が良いので幸せです。アーリーチェックインと良い眺め(プールビュー)を得る前に要求されたように。部屋は私たち4人(ファミリールーム)にとってかなり大きく、素晴らしいバルコニーがあります。スイミングプールは大きく、子供たちが毎日遊ぶのが好きなカヌーがあります。朝食はOK、標準。

全体的にサービスは非常に良く、朝食も少し種類は少ないもののとても美味しかったです。立地もジャングルウォーターパークからそれほど遠くなく、アクセスしやすく見つけやすいです。
