「I stayed at Aston Karimun from 20 April to 23 April 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the room service. One evening, I ordered dinner and waited for almost two hours for the food to arrive. After following up multiple times, I was simply told that they were busy. Even after such a long wait, the food was still not delivered. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality hospitality. I was also disappointed with the way my messages and inquiries were handled. Responses were slow, lacked urgency, and did not provide any real solution to the problem. Instead of taking responsibility and updating me properly, the staff repeatedly used being “busy” as an excuse. As a paying guest, I expected better communication and customer service. Waiting two hours for dinner and still not receiving it completely ruined the evening and left a very negative impression of the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their room service operations and customer communication. Based on my stay from 20–23 April 2026, I cannot recommend this hotel.」

「ホテルは少し古いです。最初に部屋に入ったとき、床はいたるところに細切りでかなり汚れていて、エアコンは冷たくありません。しかし、スタッフにフィードバックすると、彼らは非常にフレンドリーで、エアコンを修理するためにエンジニアを送りました。ベッドシーツと枕はかなり荒く、バスタブも少し古いですが、支払われる金額であまり期待できませんでした。このホテルの1つの良い点は、冷蔵庫がいくつかの大きなホテルに比べて実際にはかなり寒いことです。私のミネラルウォーターは最小限に凍結されましたか? !!近くにはレストランやマートもあるので、実際に滞在するのは悪くありません。」

「Good location, near to city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. She helped us to book a taxi for a short island tour. Facilities wise reasonable. Breakfast provided was normal. The food outside the hotel is considered okay and reasonably priced.」

「My room number was 202 Below were the defective items: 1. Shower water heater sprinkler was not proper function. 2. Toilet bowl water tank was shaking and water seeping out. 3. Clothing cabinet hanger bar not firm, dropping easily. 4. Wifi VERY weak, inside the room unable to connect, must go outside corridor. 5. Hand washing sink water tap function defectively.」
