「The hotel is new. as such, its interior looks nice and pleasing. pros Location, amenities, food quality, housekeeping, room service, supportive staff, and front desk. cons Distance from Temple is about 2 km. you need a vehicle to go to parking and walk about 600 m to reach the temple. Corridors are not at the same level; as such, one needs to be careful while walking to avoid falling. Restaurant staff found struggling to manage adequate provisioning of items to guests during Buffet breakfast.」

First, I was asked to pay an additional 1000 INR for an early check-in before 1 PM, which I found unreasonable and not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Second, there was no TV recharge in the room, and despite reaching out multiple times to the reception, I did not receive any response or assistance regarding the issue. Additionally, the suite size was very small and did not offer enough space to comfortably manage my stay. Overall, my experience was not up to the expectations set for a 3-star hotel. I hope the management will take these points into consideration for improvement.」

「Location and service of hotel is good, while food service is not upto the mark due to lack of staff even if a big group or in rush hour services are highly effected due to lack of staff. In morning kitchen starts at 7 am they will not entertain before that even it is a tourist/pilgrimage. In room no facilities for kettle and tea bags which is common in these level of hotels. Otherwise in cleanliness, parking etc. It is a good hotel.」
