「ホスピタリティチームからの非常に貧弱なカスタマーサービス、私たちはバルコニー付きのプレミアムルームに泊まりました。これは最後は建物でした。そして、私たちは私のために1つの部屋と両親のために1つの部屋を予約しました。母は歩けず、1歳の娘もいます。したがって、レストランやレセプション、屋内ゲームに行くためにバギーをリクエストするたびに、私たちが乗って5分後に来ると言っているスタッフがいますが、母は30分待っていました。翌日の朝食のためにスタッフに尋ねたところ、彼はほんの少しの坂道なので、これらの後部階段を歩くことができると言いました。彼らは言った彼らはそれを送るでしょうが、私は得られませんでした。翌日、GRT Kodaika Alを予約しました。これは本当に良かった、特にチームでした。なぜなら、私たちは実際に家族と一緒に休暇を過ごしているからです。ホスピタリティチームがそれを台無しにしたとき、私たちはそのようなホテルチェーンブランドを決して信頼しません。」

「The stay was nice. The hotel is located near the Dindigul railway station. The restaurant offers sufficient variety. Food was tasty. Room was spacious and clean. It was a nice experience. 」

「1. The property was selected because of its vicinity to the temple and hence was good. 2. Food - there was no food available . Even tea was not available on request. 3. Amenities- none to speak of. None of the power plug points were working except for one. Even charging of mobiles was a challenge. 4. Despite paying a premium rate for this Accomodation it was no way near premium. Very noisy throughout the night . There was a window covered with a light curtain overlooking a public space near the road . Hence privacy was also not assured. Changing of clothes had to be carefully managed! Being elderly doesn’t allow one to be careless. Hence please don’t promote such properties. 」

「Good location but bad roads and quite far from the city. The food and hospitality was excellent but totally vegetarian and going out to get non veg food was next to impossible since the climateis extremely cold and food would get cold by the time it would reach there. Rooms and washrooms were good but outside maintenance was quite poor and could be improved. View of mountain obstructed due to the poor maintenance of the tin sheets above the kitchen which was just next to the room. Overall the cost could be reduced because the day we arrived, there was no power annd they did not switch on the genset. So we had to go out to the city and spend time there till power supply was restored. They could have made our stay memorable by switching on the genset when we had arrived.」
