「Positive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection. Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher. Overall happy.」

Amenities - need attention - cupboard shutters not closing properly, TV too small in size for the room, entrance door couldn't be operated using the key card alone and so had to use manual key for the door and card for electricity supply control, the WC and in particular it's flooring is not senior citizen friendly.
