「Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.」

「The property is very well maintained, rooms are very large with sea view. Food is very good. Staff were very helpful. They gave all necessary info to help us plan our tour around the place. They arranged auto-rickshaws to go to the temple were parking is not available for cars. When we returned late after darshan, they extended the time of breakfast and checkout 30mins more. Also, they did not mind a tea cup broken by my kid. All these were matters that could spoil our day if they acted otherwise. We appreciate that courtesy.」

「The condition of bathroom is very poor...smelly...but one positive think is behavior of the staffs are very good. The hotel manager should give a special attention to the cleaning & neatness of bathroom. Other services are good👍」

「Hotel staff was very irresponsible as i was reaching hotel by 10:00 p. M but they told me the our dinner last by 9:35. But i requested them to hold last by 10:00 p. M. They told me ok we will and i was in continuous touch with then till 9:50 and they assure me that the dinner is available but as i reached there at 9:55 they told me that the dinner is just finished now you have to go out side for your dinner. It was highly disgusting.」

「お部屋は清潔。蚊よけのリキッドもありましたが、小さな謎虫はいました。 私の部屋のコンセントは日本の変換機が使えませんでした。 バスタオル　ボトルウォーター　シャンプー　石鹸はアリ ドライヤー　ハンガー　歯ブラシは無し シャワーのお湯は時間をかければでました。 インドのトイレバスって、フラットになっていて水捌けが悪いことが多いのですが、こちらのホテルはシャワースペースが一段低くなっているので、トイレスペースまで水が来ない様な工夫がされていました。 朝ごはんは隣のビルのレストランでバイキングでした。」

「I stayed in room 111 on 25-26 jan. Room cleanliness, amenities all nice and deserve full 5 stars.  Except - Fan regulator faulty. It remains in full or off, not slow down the fan.  Location is away from temple for morning mani darshan.  Overall enjoyed my stay at ur hotel Ample parking space. 」

「Nice experience and very good staff. Room was clean and wifi and smart tv were working without any issues. They have food delivery from brindavan restaurant as tieup, charge 5% but that's in range and fair. Worth it totally. Surely a recommendation for trip to rameshwaram.」
