「very good, clean and comfortable, and house keeper Mithun is good.」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance.」

「Awesome stay, good property, good location, and near to railway station and gidc. We can easily access all the places from hotel location.」

「Whenever we talk about overall 5 star review this is what this stay means, the experience was really good, the staff was very cooperative, the room was also very well maintained and clean, breakfast was also very tasty, healthy and also had a good option. Some queries which everyone has 1)is parking space available>ans is yes 2)is lift available>ans is yes( hotel is on 2nd floor) 3)is there any nearby restaurant >yes just below the hotel there is one restaurant」

「Truly top-class and quick service! the hotel is located on the highway, well maintained, with clean rooms. Great central location i stayed at hotel blossom for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was really delicious, and the room was nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well. I suggest it for family members and business trips. Thanks blossom!」
