We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Porta Picta. The location is perfect for exploring Bergamo Città Alta, the room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Barbara and the whole team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were especially touched by the complimentary breakfast and by the care they showed when they found and kept our forgotten headphones. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We highly recommend Palazzo Porta Picta to anyone visiting Bergamo and hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Great location with tram going straight to train station (8 mins away). Very convenient. The room was okay. We had minor problem with shower drain which was addressed fast. It was a bit noisy when restaurant was closing down because it was tight above our room. We wish hotel provided bathrobes and slippers. Other than that very new and clean.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is in a very good location - right next to the railway station and 20 mins away to the airport by bus. The main attractions are also on close proximity, as well as cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is also great. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

Love this apartment! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. When we arrived, the air conditioning was already on, and the temperature was just right. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

整體不錯的一家酒店，小而美的類型。原本搭廉航以為會降落在偏僻山區，沒想到意外發現小眾旅遊勝地。 我們從貝加莫機場搭乘1號線，大概15分鐘就抵達了酒店附近的公車站，步行12分鐘到達。深夜到的時候前台小哥很熱情，積極介紹了早餐/spa等設施。 房間比想象中寬敞，尤其是衛生間！空調非常好用，而且所有設施非常非常乾淨，值得推薦一下~ 早餐很愜意，7-10點供應，不算豐盛但是香腸/培根/炒蛋/可頌/咖啡都有，尤其是可以在花園裡聽鐘聲吃飯，拍照很出片。 酒店附近的小店很多，價格不等，15-1000歐都有，淘到了好看的衣服很開心。門口還有一家好吃的披薩，價格公道也比較衛生。 第二天吃過早飯，寄存行李后坐纜車上山逛了逛，風景好，有宏偉的大教堂。總體來說貝加莫真的很值得一游！

これはベルガモの美しいシッタアルタにある本当に素敵な小さなホテルです。 午後7時以降に到着したので、入り口を見つけるのは少し混乱しましたが、レストランに入る前に到着した場合。スタッフはとても親切で、滞在に関するすべてが楽しかったです。また、広場のすぐ隣にありますが、騒がしくありません 強くお勧めします

Отличный отель. Хорошее местоположение, близко до достопримечательностей. Всё чисто, уютно. К уборке нареканий не было. Нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся.

The room is simple but has everything you need for a quick stay in Bergamo: comfy bed, place for clothes, desk, and a shared fridge and kitchen area. The place is kept clean and tidy. The instructions on how to get there were clear, but it still wasn’t that easy to find it at first. Located a short walk from the bus and train stations, on a gated apartment complex.
