「Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.」
