「I chose the hotel because of its location almost next to the station (ca. 100m). The hotel had its best times about 20 years ago and looks quite worn. The carpet is full of stains, a lot of things need repair (shower heads, windows blinds and small applications around the entire building). The decoration and furniture is oldfashioned, dark and a bit battered. Lighting is very dim: there are a lot of lamps but with little light. The fridge had been removed from the room. The bathroom was convenient but its hairdryer was of the “oldfashioned hotel type” with barely enough power to dry hair, especially long hair. In the corridors the wallpaper was coming offthe wall. Breakfast was okay with a coffee machine that prepared coffee by choice but not in a good quality. No fruit, nothing fresh but heavy on sweet pastries. The interior of the breakfast room had seen better times. Wifi didn’t work in my room, only in the public areas. Before arriving I received an automated mail from the hotel informing about its restaurant (not existing/closed!!) and other services that never materialised. The receptionist didn’t even know about this mail. The hotel is in need for a proper renovation. The reception staff was friendly and multilingual.」

「La permanenza è andata bene ed il cibo del ristorante era buono. Purtroppo la palestra non era interna ma quella che veniva indicato come un servizio di palestra era una convenzione con una palestra esterna che mi avrebbe costretto a fare qualche chilometro in auto quindi purtroppo non ho potuto beneficiare di questo servizio. A parte questo dettaglio la struttura offre buoni spazi e risulta essere confortevole」

「Struttura incastonata nella splendida natura umbra. Colazione a buffet più che soddisfacente. Per un soggiorno in completo relax.」

「Posizione strategica, letteralmente 50 metri dalla biglietteria delle cascate. Ma anche zona comodissima per visitare il circondario. Camera pulita e ottima attenzione ai dettagli (kit cortesia bagno ma anche macchina da caffè con cialde e bollitore). Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, non solo ci ha fornito informazioni sul territorio circostante e ristoranti dove poter mangiare ma al momento di un problema con la chiusura del portone principale ha preso la macchina ed è venuta alle 22 direttamente sul posto per visionare e risolvere. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questo luogo.」

「Я знала, что отель далеко от центра, поэтому не стала много снижать. Полотенца и постельное белье чистые. Ковер уже не очищается, старый. Ванная кабинка очень маленькая. В 7 вечера сказали, что ресторан уже не принимает заказы, но на табличке было написано ужин с 19:30 до 20. Разрешили бесплатно оставить сумки после выселения」
