「Fiquei 2 noites ,estacionei na rua, não me foi oferecido estacionamento, e como Fiquei duas noites seria justo ter toalhas de banho para as duas noites,porém ao reclamar me foi dito que não forneciam so com pagamento de 15 Euros por pessoa .Tive esse custo extra fora do meu orçamento, portanto tenham cuidado não deixem nada no subentendido.No anúncio tinha estacionamento e ar condicionado que não consegui acionar.Espero ser reembolsado dos meus 30 euros pela Trip!」

「部屋はとても清潔でしたし、スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。朝食のビュッフェも安くて美味しかったです。アメニティも充実していました。シャワーの水がブースから若干漏れますが、バスルームの外まで漏れるほどではありませんでした。夜窓を開けていると近所で騒ぐ若者の声が聞こえてきましたが、疲れていて寝る分には問題ありませんでした。日本の一般的なビジネスホテルと比べても特に不自由しませんでした。何よりスタッフの笑顔が良い思い出です。ありがとうございました。」

「Kahvalti iyiydi.Ancak ilk giriste odada cok sigara kokusu vardı. Otelde temizlik orta, odada klima bozuk ve dolaplar biraz eskiydi. Resepsiyonistler cok guleryuzlu ve yardımcıydılar.」

L'accueil a été chaleureux, avec une belle attention : un kit comprenant du thé, du café et de délicieuses madeleines, très appréciable après le voyage. L'endroit est propre, confortable et bien équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation !」

「上司はとても熱心です。私がまだアルプスにいるときに電話をかけてきて、いつ到着するか尋ねてくれました。そして私が到着したとき、とても心配してくれました。まさにディアノ全体を一望できる城です。3世紀の歴史があります。城はとても美しく、市内中心部から徒歩約5分です。部屋は美しく装飾されていました。」

「The hotel is just next to the railway station, but the guests have to check in at Hotel Bernina just opposite to the railway station. If you are not a lone traveler, I suggest only one person brings all the others' ID or passports to Hotel Bernina to check in while the others wait outside the railway station with the luggage. We had a room on the ground floor with a small garden overlooking the trains coming and going, but it won't be noisy at night as there are not any trains running during the night. The breakfast is served in a small room in the same building instead of the restaurant in Hotel Bernina. The staff was so busy that it was not stated clearly where the breakfast was served, and I had walked to and froth between the two buildings in the morning.」
