「すべて素晴らしかった。 ホテルに特に感謝することがあります。 パスポートをホテルのワードローブに置き、ベルニーナエクスプレスに乗って行くと、その事実を認識しました。 ホテルに連絡したら確認してすぐにサンモリッツ駅に送ってくれました。 しかも何の報酬もなく。 誠にありがとうございました。ホテルは豪華ではなかったが、落ち着いて浴槽もあり、すべてが便利に構成されているホテルなのに見つけることが容易ではなく、タクシーに乗ったのにタクシー費が高すぎるのがうーんでした。」

「Fiquei 2 noites ,estacionei na rua, não me foi oferecido estacionamento, e como Fiquei duas noites seria justo ter toalhas de banho para as duas noites,porém ao reclamar me foi dito que não forneciam so com pagamento de 15 Euros por pessoa .Tive esse custo extra fora do meu orçamento, portanto tenham cuidado não deixem nada no subentendido.No anúncio tinha estacionamento e ar condicionado que não consegui acionar.Espero ser reembolsado dos meus 30 euros pela Trip!」

「The hotel is just next to the railway station, but the guests have to check in at Hotel Bernina just opposite to the railway station. If you are not a lone traveler, I suggest only one person brings all the others' ID or passports to Hotel Bernina to check in while the others wait outside the railway station with the luggage. We had a room on the ground floor with a small garden overlooking the trains coming and going, but it won't be noisy at night as there are not any trains running during the night. The breakfast is served in a small room in the same building instead of the restaurant in Hotel Bernina. The staff was so busy that it was not stated clearly where the breakfast was served, and I had walked to and froth between the two buildings in the morning.」

「オーナーはとても熱心で、施設や近くのお店を丁寧に案内してくれました。ホテル内も案内していただき、暖房の入れ方も手伝っていただき、本当に助かりました。 ホテルは駅から約700メートル離れています。旧市街の石畳の道を通らなければならず、とても古びた雰囲気です。 比較的小さな町で、お店もそれほど多くありません。ベルニナ・エクスプレスに乗るために1泊滞在しましたが、とても満足で、行く価値がありました。」
