「1) arrived by car and nobody answered the intercom . When I eventually made it to the reception I was told like an ***** that I had to telephone a local hotel number to raise the barrier. Inside were 40 spaces and reversing from the steep ramp was all but impossible. Luckily after 10 minutes a fellow traveller lent me an access card. Hotel should message traveller's that the garage intercom is permanently broken. Especially as it's 200 metres distance around the back from the hotel reception. 2) check in spoke to my like a child when I said I didn't want a noisy room on the side facing the main entry road into Downtown. Eventually I got a quiet back facing room. Value for money is good , but the welcoming reception is average. Never once got a smile from any receptionist. Breakfast made a real effort to please. 「このホテルの唯一の大きな利点は立地です。駅から歩いて15分なので、タクシーを気にする必要がなく、少し足を伸ばすことができます。受付では、若くてとても丁寧な男性が迎えてくれ、5時間後にチェックインする予定だったのでスーツケースを預かってもらうように頼みました。この点は大きなプラスポイントです。館内はまあまあでした…ホテル自体が古いのかもしれません。また、運が悪かったのは、なぜか朝7時にホテル全体に怒鳴り散らしたり、あちこち歩き回って騒いだりするタイ人住民が多かったことです…結局、睡眠不足がマイナスになってしまいました…プラス面は、受付のスタッフと立地くらいです。」

「Overall we had a comfortable and recuperating stay. Very spacious room with a lounge sofa. Beds are very comfortable. However the hotel does not provide bath salts for the bath tub. Water for the bath tub is not hot enough too. Kettle has a broken cover but still working thankfully. Level of service is disappointingly different from other Hilton properties in Asia. front desk is not able to break a €50 note; the concierge is unmanned. No bellboy. A service staff booked a taxi for us to the airport but didn’t tell us which taxi is it or payment information. 🤔」

「The hotel's buffet breakfast was temporarily cancelled without prior notice to customers, and breakfast fees cannot be refunded afterwards. Customers can only choose the ordering service provided by the hotel (one free meal per person) or check out directly. This is very inconvenient for customers who need to catch a morning flight, making them feel uncomfortable.」

「離市中心要開車，旁邊的超市倒是很給力。房間尚可，面積兩個大行李箱無壓力。這應該是在郊區的位置，停車方便，免費。早餐對這個價格來説還行。」

「ホテルの場所は便利で、部屋は清潔で整頓されていますが、少し空っぽで、誰もいないと感じています。特別な要件では、トップルームやコーナールームは必要ないと明記されています。フロントデスクは要件を見ていないようですが、それでもコーナールームを与えました。 そして、部屋は大きすぎて暖かさが不足しています。 、 バスルームの照明が十分に明るくありません、入浴水温が安定しておらず、操作が難しい。」

「Отель находится в районе, где вокруг есть и ТЦ и магазины. У отеля есть своя подземная парковка, можно сразу без предупреждения заезжать. В отеле всё чисто и обслуживание по высшему качеству, придраться не к чему. Меня опять преследовал шум системы вентиляции, но в этот раз целебный удар по решётке решил проблему =) Необычно было то, что название сети wifi и пароль отображаться на телевизоре.」
