「Overall, the location is very convenient for access to Penang Island, and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hair dryer was quite noisy and not very powerful, so it would be advisable to consider replacing it. The gym facilities are available; however, not all equipment is functioning well or properly maintained. For business or solo travelers, the hotel is generally suitable. One additional suggestion would be to install automatic lighting in the staircase area for better convenience and safety. The sound insulation in the room could be improved, as noise from outside and the corridor is quite noticeable.」

Amazing service and a cozy bonfire lit up every night(for 2 hours). The atmosphere at night with lights hanging across the grounds is just magical. Highly recommended!」
