「スタッフは挨拶も丁寧で、話しやすいです。ただ、最初に泊まった部屋のシャワーにお湯も温水も出ませんでした。スタッフは修理すると言ってくれました。でも、20分ほど経ってからもう一度電話すると、温水が出る部屋に移って大丈夫と言われました。でも、部屋はもっと狭かったです。その後、チェックアウト前に温水料金として10ペソ請求されました（笑）。どの部屋にも温水料金が含まれていると思っていたので。」

「Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities.」

「毎日毎日雨が降っています 雨が止んで外に出ても ジメジメしていて、ホテルに帰ってくると 肌 はベトベトになりなんだか気持ち悪いです このホテルのすぐ隣には大手ファーストフード メーカーのマクドナルド社があり とても便利です そしてホテルの前にはコンビニエンスストアのローソンがあります ちょっとおしゃれな雰囲気の場所に このホテルはあります」

「The resort is relaxing and staffs are accomodating ☺ Tahimik at walang hassle ang resort mismo kaya makakapante din ang isip mo mag relax. Nkaka feel at home pa. We went here last Dec. 24 to 25, 2025 to celebrate christmas with my small family at nagustuhan nila ung kiddie pool since taoat lang din ng Nipa cottage namin 😍 Hindi ka ma sstress mag habol at magbantay kasi tapat mismo 😊 Complete amenities din kaya mas maganda siya para sa akin. Will definitely go back here for our next occasions 😍😍」

「このホテルはとても居心地がよく、平日に一泊しましたが、とても良かったです。部屋はとても広かったですが、キャビネットはありませんでした。バスルームはバスタブ付きでとても広かったです。鏡は少し汚れていて水跡がありましたが、必要なアメニティはすべて揃っていました。レストランの食事は最高でした。プールも気に入りました。スタッフは親切でした。リラックスするには最高の場所です。」
