「Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic.」

「Great stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely come back.」

「ロビンソンズ モールやサミット ホテルのすぐそばという素晴らしい立地です。場所はきちんと整っていて清潔です。ナガ シティに滞在したいなら、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。」

「The services was excellent the only downside i can say it the room amenity is not satisfactory and incomplete」

「One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.」

「Such a nice hotel to stay. Quite place, clean and nice staff. The price was cheap also compared to other hotels in Naga. I was late when I checked in because my flight arrived at legazpi airport was 6pm. I called the hotel to informed them that I'll be late and they said no problem at all.I can check in anytime I want.」
