娘の7歳の誕生日のお祝いでしたが、とてもスムーズで素晴らしかったです。ただ、昨年1月に宿泊した「2ベッドルームスイート」という同じ部屋タイプなのに、他の部屋ほど広くない部屋がいくつかあることに気付きました。でも全体的には、私たちの経験は同じで、何も変わりません。アストリアプラザオルティガスには本当に感謝しています🥰

入口（1階）にいるセキュリティガイがめちゃめちゃいい人で、grabがエラーでタクシーが呼べない時も代わりに呼んでくれた。空港T3からタクシーで30分ほどで、smメガモールが徒歩圏内なので何でも揃う好立地。 部屋自体は清潔で清掃がされているが、エアコンが若干匂う。ホテルマンは親切な人ばかりで初めてのフィリピンがとても良い記憶で終わった。 朝食のバイキングもメニューが豊富で美味しい

場所はとても便利で、大きなショッピングモールまで徒歩数分です。フロントデスクのスタッフはとても丁寧で、快適で広々とした部屋を手配してくれました。小さなキッチンが備わっており、購入したアイテムを温めることができます。バスルームは広いです。唯一の欠点は、夜になると部屋の照明が暗いことです。無料のインターネットは本当に遅いです。

最近、ホップインホテルオルティガスに宿泊したのですが、本当に価値がありました！ ロケーションは抜群で、SMメガモールなどのショッピングモールやたくさんの飲食店が徒歩圏内にあるので、食事や日用品の買い物に困ることはありませんでした。 部屋自体はシンプルですが清潔でした。ベッドは快適で、エアコンの効きも良く、バスルームは清潔で水圧も強かったです（これは大きなプラスポイント！）。ジムやプールといった豪華な設備はありませんが、この料金では期待していませんでした。Wi-Fiも安定していて、仕事も捗りました。 一番良かったのはスタッフです。フレンドリーで気さくで、チェックインとチェックアウトの対応もとても丁寧でした。入り口の警備員も安心感を与えてくれました。 全体的に見て、オルティガスで清潔で安全、そして手頃な料金の宿泊施設を探しているなら、ホップインは間違いなく良い選択肢です。豪華ではありませんが、実用的で予算に優しいホテルです。

The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. このホテルは改装が必要です。かなり古く、バスタブ、シャワーヘッド、蛇口、洗面台、トイレはどれも古く、電話シャワーの位置も調整しづらいです。部屋の温度は特にジュニアスイートに4人いるとかなり暑く感じます。エレベーターもかなりきしみま​​す。このホテルは、私が参加するイベント会場に近いという手頃な価格と立地という点では、私の目的を満たしていました。マッサージサービスに関しては、マッサージ中にベッドに敷いたり体を覆うためのタオルを持ってきてくれませんでした。他のホテルのマッサージルームサービスでは、タオルは用意されているものです。 食事はまあまあでした。量は私の食欲には少し多すぎましたが、他の人には十分だったかもしれません。

接客はいいですね　部屋は希望の部屋が無かったので家族部屋になりました　台所ありレンジあり大型冷蔵庫ありナイフ・スプーン・フォークあり良かったー市場で南国の見たこともないフルーツを買いましたそれをどうしょうかと思ってましたが道具が全て揃い助かったー美味しく頂きました

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The aircon was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.
