「The location of this hostel is close to the town center of Santa Fe. So convenient! Also close to Mr. DIY, O Save, Island Souvenirs, Kota Beach, Santa Fe Public Market, tricycle parking, and the church. Our stay covers free breakfast. Children love the bunk beds. The only downside is that there is no ensuite toilet, although there is a washroom inside the purple dorm room. Julie was also very helpful in preparing our breakfast and assisting us with kitchen-related chores.」

「The place has a nice beachfront, but the waves are very strong in the afternoon because it’s near the port. There are also many seaweeds in the area (which is understandable). At night, it’s hard to walk outside because there are no street lights/lamp post so you need a flashlight to reach the road, though it’s not that far. The strong wind makes it hard to relax because the sand blows into your eyes.」

The amenities and the service very good and is not so expensive for the service The hotel staff was really nice, the only thing was that there are not many things next to the hotel and the food there is ok but is just that. Although the Santa Fe town is 4 minutes by bike or 50 pp in tuc tuc, so is ok to handle and I think it worth it.」

「Accommodation: I traveled solo and booked a backpacker/dormitory bed. When I arrived, I was both surprised and happy to find out that I was the only person staying in the room, which had 12 bunk beds. 😅 It felt like I had the whole room to myself! The bed was comfortable and came with two pillows and a blanket. I also appreciated that the bed and room smelled nice and clean. One suggestion I have is to consider adding curtains or some kind of divider between the bunk beds. This would provide guests with more privacy, especially when the room is fully occupied. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good and functional. However, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom sink was quite clogged, and I think the shower and water heater could still be improved. I would also suggest more thorough and regular cleaning, particularly in the bathroom area, to make the facilities more comfortable and pleasant for guests. When I arrived, I also noticed that the bedroom floor was wet. It would be better if the floor were completely dry before a guest checks in. I really liked the shared living room. It was spacious, comfortable, and a nice place to relax. There was also a kitchen area available, which was a great addition for guests. Service: The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I appreciated how approachable they were and how they made my stay comfortable. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a nice experience staying at the place. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and comfortable the place was. I feel that it offers good value for money, especially for solo travelers and backpackers. They also have a restaurant and a bar, although I wasn't able to explore them because I only stayed for one night. Despite the few areas that could be improved, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.」
