ホテルの場所は素晴らしいです、階下にライトレールの駅があり、とても便利です 有名な観光スポットのワウェル城まで徒歩5分ぐらいです。 ホテルは数ヶ月間オープンしました。屋内環境はとても美しく清潔で、サービススタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。エアコンが壊れただけで一晩滞在しました。サービススタッフが新しい部屋を変更するのを手伝ってくれました。残念ながら、新しい部屋のエアコンも壊れています。最後に、夏に同じ問題に直面した場合、換気のために窓を開けることに同意しました。面倒です。 朝食には、各人がメインコースを選択し、ビュッフェバーはヨーグルト、フルーツ、パン、卵、サラダなどの飲み物と少量の食べ物を受け取ります。 ジムルームとサウナルームがあり、清潔でエレガントな環境でリラックスするのに最適な場所です。 全体的に良い経験です

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

立地は最高で、駅の目の前。ショッピングモールもすぐ近くにあり、旧市街へも徒歩すぐでした。ベッドは柔らかく快適で、枕も複数用意されており助かりました。残念だったのは、シャワーの水圧が少し弱く、髪を洗うのに苦労したことです。

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

ダブルツリー・クラクフは素晴らしいです。ポーランド人スタッフはプロフェッショナルで効率的です。旧市街からはトラムで1本です（距離に不満を言うレビュー投稿者は無知か、怠惰か、あるいは横柄かのいずれかです）。実際には2つの停留所からトラムに乗ることができ、ヴァヴェル城やクラクス丘があるポドグジェなどの主要な観光地のほとんどに行くことができます。ヒルトンにはサウナ、24時間利用可能なジムがあり、スムージー、デザート、地元産のポーランドのパンと蜂蜜が付いた非常においしい朝食も楽しめます。驚いたことに、ある朝はシャンパンが出されました。客室は標準以上で、ホテルは非常に新しいように感じます。閑散期（3月まで）は客室料金が手頃ですが、会議の時期や観光シーズンにはダブルツリーは混雑することがありますが、それには理由があります。予想通り、チェックイン時にヒルトン特製のチョコチップクッキーがもらえます。

ホテルでの滞在はとても快適でした。宿泊料金に含まれていた朝食も素晴らしかったです。総合評価は10点満点です。機会があれば、ぜひQホテルチェーンを利用したいと思います。 おすすめです。

ホテルの環境は良く、比較的静かです。朝はとても活気に溢れています。ただし、市街地ではないので、トラムで10分ほど歩けば到着します。ダブルツリーの隣にあります。フロントデスクは英語に対応しており、タクシーの手配もしてくれます。

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

素敵で清潔なレストランで、朝食もとてもボリュームたっぷりでした。 眠れない夜でした。 3月29日、隣の202号室は一晩中騒がしかったです。部屋に入るとすぐに騒音が始まりました。 酔っ払った2人が部屋で楽しそうにおしゃべりしたり歌ったりしていたところ、さらに数人が入ってきて、2時間ほど大声で叫び始めた後、出て行きました。真夜中に… 午前1時15分、1人が入ってきました。 午前4時50分、もう1人入ってきてシャワーを浴び始め、話し始めました。 不思議なことに、彼らは酔っていませんでした。 部屋は防音対策が施されておらず、すべてが非常にクリアでした。

価格の割にはかなり良いホテルです。 良い点としては、部屋はなかなか良いです。プールとサウナも良かったです。子供用プールのようなプールがあるホテルに泊まったことがありますが、ここは実際に泳げるくらいでした。夕方（5時～8時）は混雑していましたが、朝は閑散としていたため、ゆっくりと泳ぐことができました。レセプションの対応も良く、親切でした。朝食もまずまずでしたが、個人的には少し高めだと感じました。クラクフを訪れる人にとって大きなマイナス点は、ホテルが辺鄙な場所にあることです。中心部まではタクシーで約20分かかります。ホテルの外にバス停がありますが、そこに停まるバスは中心部まで行かないので、乗り換えが必要です。最寄りの小さなスーパーマーケットまでは徒歩7～8分、大きなショッピングモールまでは徒歩15分です。私は仕事で滞在したので、十分満足できました。初めてクラクフを訪れる方は、中心部に近い、または交通の便が良いホテルに泊まった方が良いでしょう。
