「15 minutes walk to train station and major business area. Amenities are fantastic with swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi (both indoor and outdoor with fantastic view), sauna, gym, spa and bars. Got a little treat if skipping the housekeeping service.」

「An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.」

「Good location, very close to the bus station and the central of the town. The spa and swimming pool are included and very nice.」

「Housed in a beautifully restored historic building that once served as a legendary tourist house, the hotel features a striking ”highlander chic” aesthetic. The interior architecture showcases a masterful combination of local Tatra mountain craftsmanship and sophisticated modern design, utilizing massive raw wooden beams, heavy regional fabrics, local stone work, and custom artistic details.」

「We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.」
