Entire house air conditioning all throughout. Hot water and WiFi included. It has restored kitchen cabinets and new hardware, leather reclining sofa, dedicated working station and its own washer and dryer. Beach towels, 2 bougie boards, cooler, beach chairs and snorkel gear included for your use. All beds have 100% organic cotton sheets and quilts.
