「良い点：フロントとレストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、英語も十分に通じました。部屋は清潔でした。庭園の雰囲気も素晴らしく、プールは木々に囲まれています。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は、フルーツ、タンパク質、*、スープ、お粥、コーヒー、ジュースなど、種類豊富でした。 悪い点：写真と比べて期待外れで、バスルームは明らかに手入れが行き届いていませんでした。シャワーの水圧は弱かったものの、お湯は十分に出ました。 ナイトサファリやラチャプルック公園に近いものの、メインのナイトマーケットエリアからは離れたハンドン地区に位置しています。徒歩圏内には地元のレストランが数軒ありますが、営業時間が限られている場合もあります。近くのショッピングモールやレストランへはタクシーで短時間で行くことができます。 静かな休暇を過ごしたい方で、2～3つ星ホテルの設備と4～5つ星ホテル並みのサービスに抵抗がない方にはおすすめです。」

「チェンマイは旧市街以外はかなりの山村ですが、このホテルは景色が美しく、スタッフのサービス態度も良く、英語も堪能でした。ホテルの朝食、ランチ、ディナーはどれもとても美味しかったです。市街地へはシャトルバスがあり、事前に予約すれば利用できます。老舗の5つ星ホテルですが、チェンマイは水質があまり良くない（旅行用フィルターシャワーヘッドの持参をお勧めします）ため、水垢の跡が少しホテルの古さを感じさせます。全体的には非常に満足しています。」

「The Room is very nice. The compound is quite spacious and offers a lot of space for relaxation. It's important to note that while the rooms themselves are non-smoking, there are multiple outdoor areas where smoking is permitted for those who prefer. The overall atmosphere is very peaceful and conducive to a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to choose it again.」

「Love love love I knew the outdoor swimming pool is lovely but never thought the overall setting is so wonderful. It s surrounded my trees; jungle and streams as back drop. It is soothing my mind and body. I love swimming and this pool is just perfect for me.. even the water is a bit cold. 🏊♀️🏊♀️ The bed and bathroom is very nice and clean. Sitting in the balcony under good weather is just lovely!!!!!🍉🍓 The staffs are good but sometimes you need to wait for their whatsapp feedback for a while. Food n breakfast in Creek Cafe is average. Not in wide range of food but i m fine as i need relaxation not foodie crazy person. Overall the site design is very pretty and worth for money. I love this hotel with peacefulness and surrounded by nature and beautiful trees & butterflies🦋🦋🦋🐛🐛....; wishing I can come back somedays and stay again. If it is in good weather at night, guest can sit in the lawn and watch movie under open sky. Which is quite romantic indeed.」

「ที่พักตรงปก ภายในห้องมีแอร์ เตียงควีนไซส์ โต๊ะทำงาน เก้าอี้นั่งสบายมาก ตู้เสื้อผ้าพร้อมไม้แขวนเยอะมาก ทีวี เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ชา กาแฟ ไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหน้า น้ำเปล่า 2 ขวด ส่วนบรรยากาศดีมากๆ ตอนกลางคืนหนาวและเย็นสุดขั้ว ถ้าเป็นคนขี้หนาว ควรพกผ้าห่มมาเผื่อด้วย ตอนเช้าแดดจะส่องเข้าห้องมา แต่มีผ้าม่านบังแสงได้มิด ด้านนอกมีระเบียงให้นั่งชมวิว เป็นวิวสวน มีเก้าอี้ชายหาดหน้าบ้าน ที่นี่มีอาหารเช้า ไม่เยอะมาก แต่หลากหลาย」

「このホテルのサービスは本当に完璧です！とても心温まるですね！ 時間が遅すぎたのでホテルに戻りました！まだ食べていない！そしてフロントの方が対応してくれました！無料で夕食に連れて行ってくれる車を送ってくれました。そして夕食後、彼らは私たちをホテルに迎えに来て、私たちを連れて帰りました。途中で携帯電話が溝に落ちてしまいました！フロントデスクがすぐに現場に来て、回収を手伝ってくれました。そして、ドライバーもそれを受け取るのに非常に役立ちました！本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです！スタッフのサービス態度は本当に完璧です！素晴らしい ホテルは大型リゾートほど豪華ではありませんが！しかし、それはワンダーランドの味と考えることができます。どこにでも植物があるととても癒されますね！ちょっと水質が悪いですが！しかし、やはり場所は比較的遠いです！なのでまだ許容範囲です！ 朝食はまあまあでした！間違いなく必要なものがすべて揃っています！ 乗馬やナイトサファリにも近いホテルです！基本的には車で5分程度です！でも街からは遠い！でも車で20分ちょっと！」

「Very quiet location, stunning mountain views, large rooms with high ceilings, a nice balcony with small private jacuzzi. Not many guests around. Very nice views from the main pool / restaurant which also has a good food and drink menu. You can rent a motorbike although it is quite expensive at 450 baht per day and I had to ask for a helmet. I highly recommend that you stay at this great hotel for either a short or long stay - I stayed for 6 days and wasn't bored at all. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or relax with a book or movie on the balcony, it is suitable for singles, couples or families. Cons No safety deposit box in the room. The room was cleaned just 2 times in 6 days and I had to keep asking for cleaning and consumables (water, tissue, shower soaps etc). The staff were good but it seems like the hotel isn't efficient - dishes left out at breakfast are still on tables several hours later even though the hotel is not busy. Breakfast is repetitive and minimal but okay - again it wasn't run very efficiently and customers have to keep asking for things like cups, milk, sugar etc. Some of the food was luke warm so not great. There are lots of pillows but they are all the same thickness (too thick for me) so I had to use a smaller one from one of the chairs.」

「The room was tidy, clean and specious. The best part is the bed, it was so comfy! There is the KFC restaurant right in front of the hotel opening 24/7 which is very convenient. Distance from Chiangmai International airport to the hotel is approximately 18mins driving.」
