「من افضل الأماكن اللي ممكن تسكن فيها في اوزنجول .. مكان رائع جدا وكل الخدمات متوفرة فيه .. الموظفين بشوشين وخدومين لأبعد حد خصوصا عبدالقادر ومصطفى بالإضافة الى وجود بقالة قريبه جدا من موقع السكن」

「Отель: Очень уютный, все из дерева, красивые виды Персонал максимально приветливый и отзывчивый, все подсказали Местоположение: Отлично, рядом улица, на которой можно купить все, что необходимо, вид из отеля шикарный Номер: Чисто, уютно, замечательный балкон, на котором можно выпивать кружечку чая, но не хватает зубной пасты, а также крючков для полотенец」

「اولا اخذنا غرفة لمده ثلاث ايام على قدنا وكان الاستقبال جدا خدومين وفيها شباب سورين ممتازين خدومين ومتعاونين مره فيها الاخ محمد والاخ امين والشيف عدنان جدا ممتازين وكل الي فيها خذومين مره تعاملهم جدا كويس والغرف نظيفه وموقعها حلو يبعد تقريبا دقيقتين مشي الين البحيره طلبنا منهم دفايه وفرشة وعلى طول جابوها لنا اشكرهم على تعامله」

「I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.」

「추천하고 싶지 않아요. 호텔 화장실 하수구 냄새가 심한 것은 둘째치고 전기공사한다고 하루종일 전기도 안 들어오고 와이파이도 이용할 수 없었다. 저녁 늦게 불이 들어옴. 제공 된 수건 하나도 지워지지 않은 오렌지 색 흔적이 있어서 처음 펼친 순간 불쾌했다. 이 숙소는 정말 추천하고 싶지 않다. 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 감기만 얻어간 우준괼은 그냥 모스크가 있어 예쁜 호수랑 턱없이 비싼 가게 정도로 기억에 남을 거 같아요.」
