「Many thanks to Zawia for the incredibly warm welcome and patiently walking me through all the available services. Said gave me great advice for my trip to Ngorongoro. Rhoda served me welcome juice upon arrival. All the staff at Serena have wonderful senses of humor. The entire resort is spotlessly clean and expertly well-managed, delivering consistent, high-standard service. While the food is not as delicious as that at Four Seasons, there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The rooms are stunning with authentic African styling. The resort does an excellent job with mosquito control; there were no mosquitoes in my room, so I slept soundly every night. Armed security guards provide escorts after dark. Lounging by the swimming pool, you get breathtaking views of Lake Manyara. Cute monkeys wander around overhead, and various birds come down to the pool to drink water. Here is some useful pricing information for your reference: • Half-day Lake Manyara safari (single guest): $359 • Full-day Ngorongoro safari (single guest): $666」
