Doors to the rest of the upper level will be locked so you don't have to worry about going somewhere you shouldn't. Please be aware that the host lives in the upstairs floor of the home. They are quiet and honor guests' desire for privacy at all times.Other things to note:1) The large back yard was recently fully fenced in for pet security. It's a perfect spot for you to walk your four-legged friend. The long walk around the lake is gorgeous and relaxing. There’s a stellar playground for kiddies, basketball court, and several cantilevered decks over the water with benches for enjoying the view. It’s a quick 10 minute zip over to Olde Town Arvada for downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping to enjoy, as well as just 20 minutes to Denver, Boulder, Golden, or Red Rocks.
