The casita is Situated in a peaceful neighborhood within a mile of historic downtown Canyon. Having been founded in the lean 1930's, the Castia was built with conservation of lumber in mind. It's shiplap ceiling is noticably lower than average, and there are no doors between the main three rooms, only doorways. We are registered with the City of Canyon. The house is clean, bright and spacious with sky lights and lots of windows. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the temperature comfortable. The house features two full bathrooms. The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage.
