The kitchen is large and modern with Corian counters, new appliances and gulf views. The house is large enough that 2 families of four can stay comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: a master bedroom with a gulf view and a guest bedroom with a double bed. There are 2 full baths on the first floor. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a private porch and an excellent gulf view which could serve as a second master bedroom. There is also a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds providing sleeping for 4 children. Both bedrooms share a hall bath.Because the house is on the west shore of North Captiva we are often witness to stunning sunsets which can be observed from your bedroom or the back deck.
