You will have access to the entire private house.This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 34 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby.The spaceThis home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen .This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking.Street sweeping is on Tuesday.There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire front unitOther things to note- Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel.
