Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices. There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people. In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone. There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access. The master bedroom is lofted, and is located on the top floor. It has a private deck and a newly remodeled bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower that makes you feel like you are showering amongst the tree tops! There is a small lofted area just outside the master bedroom with a single daybed, great for up to 2 children or 1 adult to sleep and/or for you to hide away to read that book you brought with you or that you borrowed from our book shelf. There is also a washer and dryer available on the lower level for your use. During the ski season, we always hope for snow, but cleaning off your car is no fun. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash. Don't want to leave fido at home? I have a Border Collie of my own and totally understand. The home is pet friendly (2 max) with an incremental pet fee to cover the cost of housekeeping fees that we are charged.
