This is a semi-detached family friendly unit. 2 living rooms and a game room with plenty of games for rainy days. The entire three floors is private and sectioned off and completely yours to use, as well as a completely fenced in backyard with a Summer hot tub (shut down when weather is below 35) and 4 out door decks plus one screened in porch.
