「The hotel was nice to a point. The on site restaurant was excellent with fresh made to order food. The room I reserved was for 2 queen beds, but my room and my friends room had 2 double beds instead. Breakfast was included but the beds weren't too comfortable.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff.  Hotel guests can use the swimming pools at the surrounding hotels as they are owned by the same company. The hotel is modern and well planned.」

「Clean and easy check in, the breakfast was great perfect location close to everything」

「I stayed here recently, and unfortunately, the service at check-in was rude and not very friendly or helpful. The overall housekeeping and cleanliness also need improvement. The bed was not the worst I’ve experienced in the past 10 years of traveling, but there was a visible stain on the pillow. Instead of replacing it, housekeeping appeared to simply wipe or clean it, and it still looked dirty. There was also noticeable dust, and the chair had stains on it that made me uncomfortable sitting there. One thing I really liked was the small kitchen area. Having a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and utensils was a nice convenience. However, the utensils were not very clean, and one of the bowls was extremely dirty. There was also no amenities kit provided, which was disappointing. The location is great, and having a casino on-site is definitely a plus. If the management improves the customer service and provides better housekeeping and cleaning training, I think this place could be much better. Overall, the location and facilities have potential, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.」

「A lovely hotel. Good price, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7, as well as warm cookies in the afternoon. A nice touch. Breakfast was good, not a big buffet, but enough. Unfortunately the thing that let this hotel down was the awful smell in our room and the mould all over the bathroom and in the shower. There was wallpaper peeling off the wall and a rusted light fitting. A shame, because otherwise it would have been perfect.」
