Brand new construction. It is at the top of a mountain overlooking the historic New River. This cabin has everything you would ever want in a vacation rental. It has an open-concept kitchen with access to the front deck for beautiful countryside, mountain views, as well gorgeous views of the river. So close you can hear the river right from the front deck. The kitchen is also fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, ready to accommodate any size family's cooking needs. We provide trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. We have a crock pot, coffee maker, blender, outside griddle, and much much more for all your cooking needs. The kitchen is open into the living room with comfortable seating for all guests. The couch is a Serta mattress couch that turns into a full-size queen bed with a head that elevates. Can be used for extra guests or just lounging around and watching movies. We have ceramic tile that looks like wood throughout the rental which gives it that real home feel. The house is equipped with 2 full-size bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with direct access to the hot tub just outside the deck door. We have towels for the hot tub and a Bluetooth speaker available for use with the hot tub. It also has a 55-inch TV with Direct TV hookup and Netflix available on a smart TV. The other bedroom features a full-sized bed with a trundle tucked away underneath. The Riverview Cabin has entertainment for all including a 55-inch TV with access to Direct TV and Netflix on a smart TV, card games board games, and a few books available. For those that are into hiking a trail leading down to the creek or a long gravel driveway down to the creek is available. Sit by the creek enjoy the sounds of nature and watch the small fish swim around. We have wild turkeys and deer that are around the cabin for your viewing pleasure. Let the kids take a splash into the creek and enjoy the clean mountain water.
