Welcome to the Hampton Bays! Our home is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath house that is spacious and has great natural light. We have a fully equipped kitchen, full dining area, kitchen seating area, large living room, den, closet space and more! We are minutes away from great restaurants, shops and close to beaches. Sprawling privately fenced backyard with a fenced in-ground pool , bbq, and an outdoor shower as well. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Fall is also a beautiful time of year to visit for pumpkin picking, apple picking, winery tours and more. The property is a 10 minute drive from Canoe Place. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful village of Southampton- take a stroll down Main Street for some shopping and grab a bite to eat at one of many restaurants that offer outdoor sidewalk seating.
