Each unit has shared access to the front yard, private fire pits overlooking the river & assigned off street parking space in the driveway for your vehicle. Wonderful, location with several local amenities & close to many Adirondack attractions.Centrally, located between Lake Placid & Plattsburgh, NY in the heart of Au Sable Forks on the main road to Wilmington (White Face), & Lake Placid. We’re directly on the East branch of the Au Sable River & walking distance to many things. Including, a shuttle to Lake Placid/Whiteface. Jay covered bridge and swim holes are within walking distance.OUR HOME: Our renovated grandfather's home is located on 18 acres on a peaceful back road in Jay, NY. Relax on the deck overlooking the 180 degree views of the Adirondack High Peaks. Walk our trails in the woods behind our house or play in the yard (i.e., baseball and frisbee or sledding down the hill in the winter). Roast marshmallows over the fire in our fire pit in the woods (strict fire safety rules apply & no fires in drought seasons).
