Located on one of the best canals on Longboat Key with quick access to a semi-private beach and Longboat Pass for gulf fishing or cruising within minutes. Longboat Pass is also home to one of the best sand shoals on the west coast to beach up to and hang out all day. The property has a large heated pool and a new, large dock with space for a 23' foot boat. Back to the garage there are plenty of beach toys to take to the beach and you are just steps from the junior olympic size swimming pool. Amenities of the community include restaurant and tiki bar. You are also a short walk/ quick bike ride from a coffee shop, convenient store, Mexican restaurant and the world famous Harry Restaurant and store.
