This peaceful home sits on the edge of town in one of the best locations of Mountain View. It is less than five minutes from “the Square,” where you will discover mom-and-pop stores & eateries, unique shops and small groups gathering outdoors to play music. This comfortable one-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house is surrounded by trees and shrubs for privacy; the backyard is large and there are no neighbors on either side of the house—you can enjoy your retreat without sacrificing convenience. The house has central heat/air and the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed, a very large closet, a private full-sized bath, and a Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with a full bath between the two. One room is furnished with a queen bed and the other offers two twin-sized beds.The kitchen is fully-equipped for meals at home and the living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, and Smart TV. There is a laundry room for your convenience.When outside, you’ll enjoy the long front porch and the inviting back deck with charcoal grill, and fire pit to spend time on with your family or friends (which is accommodating for social distancing). Conveniently located in downtown Mountain View, the Downtown Nook is just a few steps away from the town square. The local Pickin’ Park is just a short walk and can be seen from the apartment entrance. Locals frequently gather on weekends to enjoy and play some nice old-fashioned music.This unit is located in the back portion of the building on the bottom floor. There are three units in total for the whole building. The upstairs is also a short-term rental, and the front of the downstairs is a business.I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed.*No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly.*There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home.
